End of the

Trail

Im very grateful for all those who walked with us for the past six weeks. We braved the wind and the cold temperatures this
past Sunday down at
River Bend. There issomething extraordinary that happens, at least for me, when I dedicate time each week to be outside.

During these Lenten walks we have connected with our natural surroundings that are beginning to wake up in spring, and we have connected with each other . . . with no agenda! It has been good for the soul. Thank you to Catherine Rispler for setting the schedule for us.

This week we have also concluded our Lenten study, Cup of Blessing. Following Joyce Rupps book, The Cup of Life has given us an opportunity to think about our spiritual lives the times when our cup is full, and the times when we need to
empty our cup and make room for something else. This dedicated time together each week,
including breath prayer and journaling has also been an extraordinary experience of soul tending.I am grateful for all those who joined in faithfully
each week, for our conversations and our reflections together.

Lessons I have learned this Lenten season:
get outside and walk

invite friends to join you

adopt a spiritual practice

just breath

Peace and joy,

Nancy
